CEMENT BC 3004
The proven product REMA TIP TOP CEMENT BC 3004 in combination with HARDENER E-40 is a reliable two-component adhesive
for use in large area bondings. Its particular strength is its long open time and generous pot life. Typical applications include the
rubber lining of large conveyor belt drums as well as anti-corrosion rubber linings.

| Mixing | The quantity of CEMENT BC 3004 adhesive is carefully mixed with around 4% HARDENER E-40. |
| Workability / pot life | After mixing the two components, the pot life of the adhesive-hardener mixture is max. 4 hours at 20°C. |
| Contact adhesion time / open time |
Let the first coat dry out completely (minimum 2 hours). After the second coat join the bonding surfaces in a time frame of 30 minutes to 2 hours. |
