REMACLEAN PUR-F400
F-Series – for use on the pulley
This system is suitable for pre-cleaning the conveyor belt
load-bearing side at the head pulley for belt speeds up
to 10 m/s and drum diameters of 1,000 mm and above.
The individual polyurethane segments of REMACLEAN
PUR-F400 are firmly connected to the system carrier
and at the same time flexible, so that the segments can
optimally adjust to the conveyor belt surface. This allows
effective and gentle cleaning. Precise pre-tensioning of the
entire scraper blade with the PUR segments is ensured
thanks to a lever clamping device on one or both sides.
