Using the same resins as the TOPLINE series, the high resin content ensures the best
possible chemical resistance. e coating structure is formed by the application of a
primer followed by a basecoat layer, at least two glass mats and a surface veil. A thick
resin sealing coat finishes off this 3.0 to 5.0 mm thick laminate coating. By using
strengthening glass mats and flexible base coat layers, cracks up to 0.2 mm wide can
be bridged. e TIP TOP LINING offers good mechanical resistance properties at wet
temperatures of up to 80 °C.
