REMAFIX 111 is a two-component, solvent-free, gray coloured repair paste, highly filled with special fillers, based on epoxy resin with high chemical and thermal resistance for the preparation of damaged metal substrates for rubber lagging.
REMAFIX 111 is a corrosion-resistant repair compound for filling defects in metal
substrates under hard and soft rubber coatings or linings, as well as for repairing
damaged metal surfaces. It is suitable for filling, molding and bonding.

REMAFIX 111 is a solvent-free, highly filled, gray, two-component filler based on a chemically and thermally highly
resistant epoxy resin. The product enables corrosion-resistant repairs to level out defects in metal surfaces under hard
and soft rubber coatings or linings and to restore damaged metal surfaces.
REMAFIX 111 consists of REMAFIX 111 COMP. A and REMAFIX 111 COMP. B. An additional primer is not required.
Application in autoclaves under vulcanized rubber coatings is possible for short periods up to +140°C.
REMAFIX 111 can be used for filling, molding and bonding.
