| Mixing | The quantity of CEMENT SC 4000 adhesive needed is carefully mixed with around 4% HARDENER E-40 or alternatively HARDENER ER-42. |
| Workability/pot life | The mixture must be applied within 2 hours after mixing the two components. |
| Contact adhesion time/open time | - Let the first coat dry out completely (minimum 30 minutes, on metal minimum 1 hour).- Join substrates when the second coat is still slightly tacky (check with the back of your finger). |
